....or.... Samsung builds POS blu-ray players. So does LG, but at least my player has successfully played every disk I put into it. OTOH, I keep up with the Firmware upgrades, annoying as the process is. Have you checked to make sure you have the latest firmware ? My disccase had an insert reminding to make sure I have the latest firmware.
