Oppo BDP-83 Blu-ray Player - When ?

What's the latest status on the new Oppo Digital BDP-83 Blu-ray Player? It supposedly should be available in early 2009. Well? ;-)

When is this box hitting the street?

How does Oppo usually sell their gear? Direct? Retail Store? Internet Resellers?

I've been holding off buying a Blu-ray player, waiting for Oppo. Thanks!

(I want the Oppo Blu-ray player because I keep hearing good things about Oppo, PLUS, it will play my small collection of SACD's. Yes, I have a Sony PS3 but I'll use it in a dedicated gaming setup only.)
