Panasonic DMP-BD10 failure

Posted by GPBobby on March 3, 2009 at 03:19:05:

I subscribe to NETFLIX and on occasion receive a BD disk that won't play.

Most recently was a travelogue series on different countries (by Discovery Channel, i think). Enjoyed the one on Brazil but the one on China would not load. Both disks looked absolutely perfect.

I didn't ask for a new disk so don't know whether (or how) it could be defective. I am one version behind on my firmware -- is this the kind of problem that might be cured by an upgrade or is it something else??

Any help appreciated.
Robert
