The Elite 141 is the NA model made for people like you! It comes pre ISF cal'ed and does many (albeit not so common) video modes that the 151 won't. No stand, no speakers, no tuner. I don't know how it is where you live, but all OTA HDTV in Canada is 1080i...looks pretty damn fine (hockey games, of course!) compared to the same feed over cable.
