I would say the 111 is the better deal at those prices. If you find those two affordable, don't even consider the 5020, it is a definite step down (but would hardly make us feel especially sorry for you if you had to choose it).
Edit: meant to say that the tuner in the 111 is very good. Do not overlook OTA HDTV if possible, typically makes cable look pathetic. Plus you get the speakers and stand with the 111...handy to have for the future even if you don't use them now. So basically you're paying way over $500 for the ISF cal in the 101 if you consider you're not getting the speakers/stand/tuner; you can easily get the 111 calibrated for much less than that.
