Just because the channel is HD...

...doesn't mean they're always showing HD content. I see this many times on some channels, esp. MTV-HD (my daughter watches it). They are showing letterboxes widescreen HD content in a small window.

Nothing we can do about it until all (or most) content on these channels is actually HD.
