RE: Plasma TVs and Motion Blur (Compared to Sony XBR CRT)

Posted by Tom80112 on July 29, 2009 at 10:11:09:

Thanks Hornlover..

What model is your 50" Plasma?

Is it 1080P or 720P?

Since I use my TV 100% of the time for Standard Def DVDs,
would the 720P be better since it is closer to the 480P
resolution of DVDs??

When you shopped, did 42" TVs look better with DVDs than 50"?
I am concerned that 50" may blow up 480P DVDs too much and
make them soft looking..

Thanks for the discussion...
