Oppo BDP 83 still best bang for buck...?

I'm seeing prices of blue-Ray movies come down here and there and assume this might be a good time to get in the game with a nice shiny new blue-ray player. Can anyone suggest a better "cheap" blue ray player than the Oppo?

ps:
primary purpose; to play movies. I'm not looking for a 'multi-play-every- possible-disk' kind of player. Blue-ray and dvd playback is what I'm looking for here.
