Gâ€™day,

I donâ€™t have the Panasonic model you do but I have;

â€¢ Panasonic DMR-E100 (till just recently)

â€¢ Panasonic DMR-EX78 (replaced the above)

â€¢ Panasonic DMR-EH60 in another system.

They are all hard drive recorders but they all record 8x & 16x DVD-R discs.

Please report back if your model will record on a 16x disc.

As below I recommend using good quality media.
