How to get HDMI audio to non-HDMI audio system?

I have an HTPC that I'm using to run HDMI to my TV. TV has only a Toslink/Optical audio output - no analog audio output.

I have a great analog audio system. How do I get the audio out of the HDMI? If I run audio straight from the PC, I get no audio from the TV, and I want audio on the TV for the "center" channel.
