Looking for a Blu-ray player/receiver like the DVD receivers or HT in a box

Sony had a decent DVD one out for a while, with and w/o speakers. I got one w/o speakers but now want to upgrade it to a BD player/recvr. Sony among others has a couple models out. Just wondering if anybody had a recommendation preferably based on ownership.
