running the HDMI into my TV then splitting the analogue audio output from my tv. 1 leg to a soundbar, and other leg to my restored Fisher 400. I have spent a few hrs listening to Shoutcast and Live 365 Internet radio this way and it sounds ok.
The Roku 2s has HDMI and analogue audio outputs. However, the 3 has a faster processor and better graphics capability. The latter capabilitiesndommake a difference.
Overall A nice gadget and interface.
Best.
