Is a Crystal Vision VPS-1 the answer? But does it handle PAL?? Anyone know?

Interest inn analog video is not great so I'm finding answers about the Crystal Vision VPS-1 hard to find.

Anyone know if it handles PAL?

Even better, if it does, does anyone have one for sale??
