I binged on "Fleabag" in two nights. It was a total of 12 half-hour episodes of the best Brit comedy yet. Waller-Bridge is known for her razor wit and expressiveness in addition to her BIG British teeth. Yeah, I'd divorce Tina Fey for her.

Fleabag is the story of a thirty-something Brit woman trying to survive her family and her life in London. In the very first scene, she has anal sex with a first date and has a few comments to make directly into the camera. This becomes the hallmark, camera talk. In season two, she falls in love with a Catholic priest and has divine sex. Phoebe isn't afraid to go there.

If you have a bent for Brit humor, you may want to give it a shot. She got an Emmy and 3 Golden Globes for her efforts.

Yeah, I'm late to the party.

still shocked by this? I bailed 1/2 way through the first episode. I ain't no prude, but vulgarity for its own sake just doesn't entertain me. Signed, the snob.

by the number of awards and viewers. Try to have an open mind and persevere.

Season one was mediocre... season two divine... but she's a gem... , posted on August 28, 2020 at 22:17:45

She has a rather small part she's great in in the very disappointing (and luckily brief) series Run.

1st season is painful, but season two makes it all worth it.

She's quite talented. Looking forward to her future work.

I couldn't finish the first season. Maybe I'll try the second. (nt), posted on August 31, 2020 at 12:03:57

I will try to twist my wife's arm into watching Season 2... but I am on probation, so my power of persuasion is limited. :)

Reverse the roles with me and my Mrs., Vic.

I was not gonna watch season 2 after suffering through the first one. She twisted my arm. I'm glad I relented.

It's more juvenile (!) and just plain bad in parts but can be hilarious.
