Movies from comedy to drama to your favorite Hollyweird Star.

do you mean "TYRONE POWER"?

Hardly a forgotten actor except for those who don't watch movies made prior to 1957. Power was a major "A" list actor who made more than his share of good movies.

Two good ones are "Mark of Zorro", made in 1940, which co-starred Basil Rathbone. Power and (especially) Rathbone were excellent swordsmen (Rathbone had been a champion fencer) and their skill made the movie even better. I consider this the ultimate "Zorro" flick. The other film would be "Blood and Sand." This was a film about a bullfighter which was made in 1942. No classic - but close - and far better than the subsequent remakes.

The Power filmography is an interesting one.

He died of a heart attack at 45 in 1957.
