You simply need someone with a domesticated Polecat (Ferret) and a few purse-nets.

Nets go over rabbit-holes, ferret goes down rabbit holes, rabbits get the f**k outa their holes pretty rapid and end up in the nets.

Blanch rabbits in salt water for an hour, slice some potatoes, carrots etc, make a stock and introduce rabbits (gutted, skinned and jointed) into casserole dish, then cook at 200 degrees centigrade for around an hour.
