Help! I Don't Know These Film Titles!

Help! I'm looking for the titles to 2 movies:
The first one was a feature I saw years ago in the early 70s on the CBS Late Night at the Movies program. It was about a decadent young European who had some kind of sick thing going with his mother. He was plotting all sorts of evil, when heavy chains fell on him, paralyzing him from the neck down. The final image of him, helpless, has stuck in my head ever since. Any ideas?
The second one may be tougher. I saw this short film on HBO or Showtime around 1981-82. It was about a group of boys who try to sneak a peek at an art class where they have heard there is a nude figure model. The teacher catches one of them and throws him in front of the model with paper and pen, and the nude woman changes for him...from a "naked girl" to a subject to be examined and drawn.
When his friends see him chatting with the model after class, they tease him about liking girls! The best examination of boys' fascination with female nudity I've ever seen...even better than Porky's!
Can anyone give me more information about these movies??
