Was shocked by the number of these released. Was even more shocked when I started calculating how much it would cost to buy the whole set from 63 on. Am I right in thinking the producer could have squeezed more episodes onto each disk?
Also, was reading the covers. Saw the 64 series jackets, the ones w/Honor Blackman, say she was the first female partner for John Steed. Question - does that mean there were episodes with a male partner? When did the series start, and is the original episode on disk? My retailer did not have the 63 disks in stock, but said it was the series' first year.
