With Fire And Sword

I just watched this Polish movie about Poles fighting with Cossacks and Tartars back in the 1600s. Very good movie with some really big scale scenes, especially the siege of a Polish fortress, an even better siege that that in Last of The Mohicans. Only problem is who to "side" with as the heroes are nobles oppressing the commoners which isn't too good to me. And the main bad guy, a Cossack named Bohun, is pretty cool. But the Western Catholic in me tugs me toward siding with Poles against Cossacks and Tartars. But that's my problem, this is a pretty good movie, everyone should take a look, it's neat to see movies about historical things we Westerners aren't normally exposed to. The only movie I've seen dealing with this time and place is Taras Bulba and WFAS is much better.
