Help with DTS Track on "The Nightmare Before Christmas" DVD

Just purchased "The Nightmare before Christmas" DVD which according to the cover and DVD label has a DTS track, however I can only access the Dolby Digital 5.1 track, I've never had this problem with any of my other DTS DVD's I'm well aware of all the settings necessary to make my system detect and decode the DTS tracks and just to be sure I popped in a DTS encoded DVD to see if it would actually play in DTS, and it did yet no matter what I try on the Nightmare Before Christmas it will not play the DTS track, and I cannot find any hint of it on the main DVD Menu or audio setup. Anyone have any idea on what's wrong.
