I picked this up at a Blockbuster sale yesterday. I understand that this is the DVD title and that its theatrical release was called "Return to Sender". In it, Aiden Quinn plays a discredited death row defense lawyer reduced to establishing a personal relationship which death row inmates certain to be executed and then selling correspondence and other personal artifacts to the tabloid media after the execution. He takes on a relationship with a female inmate convicted of murdering a child kidnap victim ten years before. He begins to suspect she is innocent but she has no interest in being proven so. Working with her female attorney he discovers clues to get a stay of execution but then his real identity is discovered by the attorney, complicating progress. Thus begins a series of stunning plot twists and the viewer's interest is held right up until the equally stunning ending. Highly recommended and I will show this one to guests for sure.
