I watch mostly subtitles and independent film unavailable locally. They will get you more than 12 titles a month when you first start. Then, the "legitimate" slow-down will start.About 4 months ago, return envelopes started having my hometown's address on them (not every one). So, they are scanning returns from major rental cities apparently. When they slow you down, return evelopes start having out of the way towns on them. This weekend I have three returns: my hometown, Baton Rouge, and Reno! I have had Colorado and Seattle quite a few times. I don't think has jack to do with issue locations just the return scans. Anyway, it was very frustrating at first but now I double stuff my hometown envelopes when I can and soldier on. They are the best selection and 12 a month is still cheaper than local rental.
