This is a doco about comedian Dave Chappelle organising a block party in Brooklyn and inviting all sorts of folks from the shopkeepers where he lives to getting The Fugees to reform and play.
The best bits are the music and Dave's seemingly endless improv skills... he keeps saying "I can do this all day".
Its a very funny film and the music is never less than enjoyable although there is a clear diference between the "stars" and some of the lesser players.
Even hiphop haters will (I think) like this music performed with a live band.
