Seen it on DVD

A coworker had it on DVD and we watched it at lunchtime. The film quality looks as good as it's going to get from a 16mm camera strapped to the nose of a car. The transfer is pretty good, though sometimes it gets a bit dark as the camera moves into darker parts of the city (it looks like it was filmed really early on a Sunday morning.)

It's fun to watch, and I don't think it was sped up at all, as the pedestrians look like they are moving normally.
