I disagree…

I eventually tried to read the book to see what all the fuss was about and I never finished it. I couldn't finish it. I just gave up out of boredom.

I did manage to watch the film through to the end. That makes it better than the book for me, at least in one respect. I also think it was a bit easier just watching things without having to wade through Dan Brown's descriptions which aren't high class literature, or even interesting writing.

But the story still didn't impress me. I do think the film is better done than the book, but there really isn't enough of a good story and plausible characterisation to justify spending your time with either in my view.
