Just revisited "Juliet of the Spirits" after 30 years and was wowed by that; there's a fantasy scene in a garden where Fellini has painstakingly constructed Venus standing in a large seashell, a scene that lasts the blink of an eye

I owned a Fiat 2300 about the time I 1st saw the film; there's one in the first few seconds of 8 1/2 ( IIRC the car Marcello M. is trapped in one ) and a Fiat 2300 wagon in "Juliet"

Brought back some memories *sigh* Austere on the outside, but one of the great cars of the 1960's; sheer luxury, a delight to drive
