Well, I'll definitely go see the next Episode, Rob. Have no doubt about that; and I hope that George L. hasn't lost the touch.

Your reaction to Dune is interesting and the opposite to mine. Although it was some time ago that I read the "Dune" books, I wasn't "young" then; and I was completely captivated by them. One of the frustrating things for me is that both efforts to bring the story to the screen have been failures -- both the theatrical movie version and the recent "mini-series" version that was made for and shown on Sci-Fi channel. In both instances, lots of money was spent on sets, effects and actors. Somehow it just didn't work for me, although I like the Sci-fi channel version better.
