"Straight time" (1979) with Dusting Hoffman, Theresa - she was so damn cute - Russell in a drama with the traces of social commentary, the very trademark of the 70's American movies, and the thing we look in foreign dramas of today.

"The last lullaby" not bad 'noirish' crime drama - like to see Tom Sizmore in more movies.

And just watched "The Middle man" based on true story of inception of porn on internet. Got new respect for Luke Wilson. I always thought wouldn't see him any decent movie. Enjoyed it very much. Honorable mention: James Caan.

"The tragedy is the American situation where a man has to be a winner. Nothing else is acceptable."
Charles Bukowski
