Hi there.
I've tried to search but nothing found right now, so I'll post...
I've an ELSA Gladiac 921 dvi with TV-Out. Now, when I try to use a S-VHS-Cable to connect my TV there's a white bar (or stripe) in my picture moving from bottom to top of the screen...
I tried different cables (cinch, S-VHS, some Adaptors) but the bar is still visible...
I can (by using the TVTool - http://www.tvtool.de) reduce the intensity of this white stripe but it won't disappear...
