I agree with Steve. Speakers really should account for a higher percentage of your total system cost. Doesn't matter what you have upstream if the speakers aren't up to the task. If at all possible, I would save your money and wait until you have more to spend. The Energy Take 5 system is pretty good for a "theater in a box" system.
Either way, buying used will get you more bang for the buck. Check out Ebay and Audiogon.com.
