Denon DVD players - where to buy online? good transport?

According to their Web site, Denon is releasing a couple new model DVD players in early April, model numbers 3800 and 9000. Does anyone know where I can buy Denon online (when these models come out) for a good discount, with warranty?
Anyone have any experience with the Denon players as transports for an external DAC? Hard to tell from Denon's web site if their new DVD players will have 24/96 digital output for DVDs. (I am currently using a Sony DV7700, which downconverts DVD to 24/48 for the digital out.)
