Hi, I assume you are in the US.

You have 2 choices: DirectTV, and Dish.
Dish Network uses a model 6000 receiver that will decode the satellite HDTV feeds and pass them to your TV. It also has an optional add in module for Over the Air broadcast decoding.

With DirectTV there are many manufacturers who offer set top boxes that are capable of decoding the signal.
