AV Receivers.....Can't Decide

If anyone would be so kind as to give me their honest opinion, I am trying to decide which of these AV receivers to buy to upgrade my home theater system. I have narrowed down the list of candidates to these 3 finalists:

Marantz SR-8200, Denon AVR-4802, Integra DTR 8.2

Any insight you care to offer is greatly appreciated.
