PQ on JVC

65.164.196.244

first time poster, long time lurker...

After a long time researching and debating, I finally purchased the JVC AV-48WP30 RPTV. This is my first experience with a RPTV and I understand that the PQ is not always excellent OOTB. However, the PQ is very nice playing a DVD as well as satelite feed when the images are stationary or moving slowly. However when the images start moving rapidly (like a hockey game) the image loses all its sharpness and the object that is moving rapidly becomes blurry.

I am using S-video for the connection from the satelite box to the tv. The convergence appears to be set correctly as well.

Does this sound like something that a technican can tweak? or is it possibly defective? If this is just something that JVC's do not handle well, what manufacturers are the best for showing sports (most of my viewing)

Any input would be helpful, thank you in advance!
