Denon 3803 and Hughes DirectV/TIVO Hookup

I just purchased both of these products especially the Denon due to the component switch option. The only problem is when I use the satellite, I get a green and purple horizontal line that runs up and down the screen. I replaced the TV (Samsung 50" DLP), the receiver, and the satellite still to no avail. Any suggestions on how to correct the problem?
