Does a DVD player with these features exist?

Ive looked at hundreds of DVD player specs, reviews, ect. and havent found 1 that contains all these together.
Multiregion
Plays SVCD (among other things)
Random MP3 playing (shuffle)
Progressive Scan
Pro Logic II
Good video and audio capabilities (or at least decent)
If anyone has any player(s) they think might satisfy my needs, please let me know.
