Re: Question on a Denon 2802. ...Bueller? ...Anyone?

I am too looking at a AVR-2802 ( clearing out old stock ) from my studies you should be able to run 5.1 no problem, but I do not have an AVR-2802, just spending lots of time reading about it. Just keep plugging away and you'll get it. The manual is said to be tough to read through, but the brochures say Dolby 5.1 or DTS are both parts of the AVR-2802 features.

I am in my own dilema as I have a short list of A/V receivers that I can't decide on. These include the AVR-2802, AVR-3802, AVR-2803, Outlaw 1050, and shooting the wad on an Adcom Amp/ preamp (GTP-830, GFA7300 setup) which is really more than I should look at spending. There are things I like in each unit and there are things I don't like ( ie missing features and/or pricing ) Hmmmm the way I have been mulling over things we will have Dolby 10.2 by the time I make my mind up...LOL
