Possible to get English Sat Broadcast in Germany?

My daughter is moving to Dresden Germany. She asked me if it is possible to install a Digital Satelite Dish/Receiver that would receive any English/American Broadcasts in Dresden Germany. Hoping that someone would know if it is possible and if so how. Thanks in advance. Joe Fagan
