I use a placette passive pre in my system as well, and turn the volume up for the HT input. I didn't want to lose an input, so I asked Guy if I could get another one for an HT bypass. He said they can turn one of the 2 outputs into an HT bypass input. That sounds like a good option for most people (unless you need the other output for a sub).Neil
