panasonic sa-xr45 vs marantz sr-540/sr-630

I am looking to buy either the panasonic sa-xr45 receiver(soon to be sa-xr70) or the Marantz sr-540 or sr-630 receiver. Would love to hear comments about the pros and cons or these receivers-thanks
