Sony XBR with Dish811 1080i Video Problem

I have a Sony KV-32XBR450, it works great.
I recently got a Dish811 HDTV Satellite Receiver
with Dish Network HDTV Program Channels.
When looking at a HDTV channel and program:
With the Dish811 in 480i mode everything looks good.
With the Dish811 in 1080i mode I lose the blue signal.
There is no difference in the picture when I totally
disconnect the blue (Pb) cable.
I tried two different Dish811's and different cables
and using Video 5 or Video 6 inputs.
It is always the same.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Any suggestions?
