Suggestions for speakers requested

I am trying to setup a system for my brother. His budget is about $2500 for Receiver, and 5 speakers + sub.
So far we have decided on NAD 743 receiver at approx. $650
This leaves about$1800 for the speakers and sub. We are thinking about the following brands and models:
Main: Triangle Titus ~$550
Rear: Triangle Alliot $500
Center:Sextan $500
Sub: NHT SW10 Mk 2 $400

NHT SB3 ~$600
NHT SB2 $400
SC-1 $270
SW10 Mk 2 $400
Epos ELS3 ~$330 x 2
Epos ELS3 C $300
Velodyne CHT10 $350
The subs can be interchanged. Which system is better for mostly jazz and folk rock with some movies thrown in?
The room is about 12x 16'
