Opinions on using a Marantz SR 4300 for Home Theater pre/processor

My HK 430 went south and I'm looking for a reasonablly priced replacement. I'm using GTA SE-85 for front channels and a PSE Studio IV for the rears. I'll have to settle for the internal center channel amp untill I can find a good deal on a decent monoblock. TIA for your time!
