Always said to myself if the prices dropped under $2K I'd get a plasma TV. Well after seeing an ad in the paper at 'Frys' for the above mentioned for $1999 I couldn't resist. Sure I know, it's bottom of the food chain and hardly on par with the 'big boys' of plasma TV's but for the money you can't beat it. Ext warranty's are getting higher and higher these days ($1K for 4 years the salesman told me)but I was able to get one for $500 for 4 years after a misquote from the salesman (heck, I didn't even complain about the misquote either).
The greatest pleasure was seeing my wife's face (off the chart WAF) and hearing her tell all her freinds 'girl, I'm looking at my husbands flat screen right now!'
