All it means is YPbPr component video. There is nothing special about Colorstream (interlaced component) or ColorstreamPro (progressive component), except for the names that Toshiba gave them.
If you have a DVI or HDMI input, I'd check out the upcoming (September) Panasonic DVD-S97 (HDMI) or Denon DVD3910 (DVI and HDMI). You can also check out the Bravo D2 (DVI) and Momitsu V880 (DVI).
If you just have component inputs, I'd suggest getting a refurbished Denon DVD1600 from www.dakmart.com ($290) or a refurbished DVD2900 from www.ecost.com ($650).
