By referring to a "dedicated room," I take it you can get perfect or near perfect light control. The 100-120" size would be pushing things for something like the Sharp recommended below, particularly if you cannot get the room almost totally dark. You should also look at the In-focus or Toshiba models near $10k (basically the same machine just rebranded by Toshiba). These put out a brighter picture than the Sharp, but the black level suffers just a bit in comparison.

A bit beyond this range, I also like the new Marantz, Dwin and Runco projectors. I've heard good things about the Barco DLP, but I have yet to see it.
