Is there a surr processor without video processing...?

My Act 3 is dead and I have looked into the Rotel 1068 and Audio Refinement processors. The last is really good, I tried it, the 1068 looks pretty good also but I would be spending money in all that video processing that it has that I don't need or use. So, is the a surround processor that has only audio processing, sort of like a professional one at home theater prices? Thanks in advance.
