HT hookup

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I'm getting little confused here with proper cable connection hookup. I want best hookup possible. Here are my equipment:
Receiver - Denon AVR 2802
TV - Jvc 32 inch with s-video out, video out, audio in and out
DVD - Panasonic Rp-56
VCR - Jvc vhs, not svhs
Digital cable box (dolby digital)- video out, s-video out, to tv out, cable in, digital audio out (rca type)
Also speakers of course but thats the easiest to hook up to receiver.
I'm confused on what to hook what to what and with what. Can you help me?
