Re: is there a good 27" TV??

Hi,

I've been living with my Panny Tau 27 for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. Well as far as 27 inchers go. I notice geometry distortions on really bright scenes and the distortion isn't as bad as what I have seen on the sony sets. I have no actual measurements, just by eye. I need to have it serviced to correct some over scan. It isn't much but its there, my 5 year old panaflat 27" in my bedroom which at the time actually cost way more than my TAU doesnt have that problem. I like the color balance on the Tau compared to the rest. It just seemed more natural. Also to my eyes the scan lines are more apparent on the sony and toshiba sets than on the Tau sets. I wasn't too impressed with the RCA sets. The proscan sets look very nice, no flat screens last I checked but nice pictures none the less. I wish thier cabinets looked a bit better.

Good luck,
Tesfaye
