Both getconnected.com and expertsatellite.com offer the DirecTV & TiVo package _and installation_ for $0, plus $20 shipping. getconnected.com also offers a $25 rebate after you subscribe to DirectTV for two months!

I just received my equipment--it will get installed in two days.
